What is the advantage of having a Certificate Provider?
A Certificate Provider states in law, the Donor has mental capacity. One other person only is advised of the decision to apply for registration.
In addition to home visits we also offer documentation by post. With this service we are not Certificate Providers. You will need statements from two people, they state in law that the Donor has mental capacity. Three people must also be advised that the Donor has made this application.
The full set of forms can be intimidating to complete, (approximately 30 pages in all). Registering at Court is relatively simple providing you have everything in place. One mistake or any omissions and your application will be rejected. You are NOT entitled to a refund from the Court. Our service enables our clients to have confidence in having the completed forms and registering at Court. We have in-depth understanding. We help our clients negotiate the detailed procedure.
